Pros
Decent pay considering the cost of living in Saginaw, good number of vacation days and holidays, ok insurance. Product engineering does a good job trying to support their people and find places that they will be happy to work in.
Cons
The Saginaw site is dying. Every year new parts of the business are off shored elsewhere. 2023 brought a 2 month pause to 401k matching and a voluntary furlough followed up by an additional 1 week mandatory furlough in order to maintain company profit. The only comfort in that was that other regions had similar policies put in place.
