Cons
- Absolutely zero coordination among different teams. Multiple teams working on the same problem statement. - CEO basically wants to shut down US operations slowly. - Managers have no clue about the product roadmap and software engineering - Multiple layoffs, reorganizations mainly cos of ego issues - SbW has been in development phase for more than a decade and they are no where close to production. - Systems Engineering activities and Software Engineering processes are an absolute joke. - No vegetarian options or considerations for inclusivity. - Incompetent people get promoted to director levels just because they know people in C suite - One of the C-suite leader was laughing and joking while announcing layoffs.
