Having been with Nextiva for almost 1 year now, I have tried to find all the good that I possibly can, but on a daily basis am reminded of their sincere shortcomings. There are a lot of companies that are much worse, however, to be considered a "Top Place to Work", I believe they have a great deal of work to do to before I can honestly say they deserve that title.
They hire good people only to fail them by not offering effective leadership and guidance, forcing these valuable assets to seek other opportunities.
Management is very young, highly inexperienced and lack the ability to provide direction or proper training. The do not respect one another yet alone the people that are under their direction.
There is distinct separation between departments. Everyone is most worried about covering their own butt rather than collaborating to find ways to help one another out.
Processes are severely lacking, as is the basics rules of engagement with customers.
