If you do well, you will be "promoted" falsely with more accountability, pressure and the pay rate won't budge, unless you ask for it, then good luck in waiting for that to be seen. Therefore, you are 100% under valued due to the poor management.
Nextiva claims competitive pay rates. However, one of their main competitors pays $6 an hour more.
