Hi, and thank you for taking the time to write out this review. We truly appreciate your feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve our culture and the experience we provide to our people. I am not sure how long ago you left our organization but I would like to acknowledge that some of the things you mention in the advice to management and cons are things that we are either working to improve or have already adjusted.
We believe in giving everyone a fair shot at leads that they have been qualified to handle, that being the case we now certify our sales floor in not just our product but also in the ability to handle leads based on size. We have transitioned from a round robin type of distribution to an inbound SDR team whose main function is to identify the customer profile and route the leads to the proper team segments.
Regarding $13/hr being your pay for life, this is not true now nor has it ever been the case. We have an established career path with goals and objectives that must be attained for advancement. With that advancement through the career path you not only receive opportunity to work with larger organizations, you also earn base pay increase DOE. As well as we conduct yearly reviews and based on performance from the previous year, our employees receive merit increases.
Because of security measures and the regulations we must adhere to in our industry, we do not allow people to return to the sales floor after their employment has been terminated. However, I do agree with your feedback that timing can be improved and we will take that into consideration going forward.
