Pay and communication. Company pay is extremely low in comparison to the national average and even in the area. In this position money is supposed to be made up by commission but the goals are extremely hard to reach and there are a ton of hoops to jump through to get what you earned. Many people on the team frequently don't earn commissions or hit bonus opportunities. Management also changes the commission structure frequently and without notice on the fly, making it harder and harder to get that carrot on the stick
