Pros

Hourly wage, commission, Events and customers.

Cons

Management/supervisors are not available when you need them. They lack of professionalism and coordination. There are policy changes everyday. You have to work in over 7 different programs just to help one customer. The recent attendance policy change. We are scheduled Monday through Friday and u will be penalized (written up) if you schedule more than 3 approved days off in a 30 day period.

As Nextlink continues to grow you will see change in policies and procedures. We must keep all polices updated to reflect the times, growth of the company, and the ever changing laws and regulations surrounding the business. Our attendance policy allows for 6 days missed in a 30 day period (3 excused 3 unexcused absences) in order to run efficiently attendance is pertinent. If you have an extenuating circumstance that involves missing additional time we advise you to visit with HR and discuss other options as far as a leave of absence should that be necessary. We are looking to streamline the programs necessary to assist customers efficiently. New programs are in the works and set to roll out soon! If you are needing to visit with a manager or supervisor I would recommend and email to determine when the best time to visit with them would be. Even scheduling a time to discuss questions or concerns.

Pros

Great training Supportive management. Laid back coworkers. Great entry point if you have 0 experience or knows nothing about technology 4 days work week. Decent temporary job.

Cons

10 hours work day. Fast Food worker's pay rate. Some lower level management tries a bit too hard to show out. Classic Corporate Values. Insincerity. "Positivity bombing" They will tell you to be yourself, but fellow neurospicy folks please remember that it's still a corporate environment. Rigid and strict structure. Lazy way to micromanage and monitor lower level employees from middle & upper management. All the cons that goes with being a lower level peon in a corporation.
