I mentioned a tool that would make my job easier and the manager purchased the tool for the entire team. Also, had a recent ice storm and instead of telling the field guys to suck it up, management showed up with high under armour gloves and hoodies for everyone. another thoughtful gesture, everyone was given a pair of polyester thermals. Company gave all the employees nice sports coats with the company LOGO just to say Thanks for being apart of the team.
