From day one I knew this was a place I wanted to be. Everyone is supportive and welcoming. I've been given the opportunity to grow and learn in multiple positions I've held. Contrary to popular belief, Leadership & Executives really do care and are down to earth good people who work hard behind the scenes for all. The passion and work ethic they have is contagious. If you show pride in your work and do well it does not go unnoticed. Yes, once the training wheels are off expectations are high but nothing that you wouldn't want for yourself professionally. HR is helpful too. The director really listens and helps navigate your growth within the company, even things as small as advice on how they would approach a conversation. It's refreshing to work for a company that is in line with your views and makes you feel at home. Nexus is a small company now but in line for so much growth, makes you excited for the future.
