Pros

I have not had any issues working here, I am someone that tries to do a good job every day and it is recognized by management. I feel that I have their support and they work to keep everyone updated on training and any changes that need to happen. When I read the other negative reviews I wonder what kind of person they are, I know there are some that have pretty negative attitudes and they would probably be happier if they changed that and quit being difficult and fighting the job expectations that they signed up for. The company is pretty open about what the expectations are from the get go. It can definitely be stressful some days when you are trying to meet expectations, especially if you aren't used to this type of job but I feel that they understand that you will have bad days. They just want you to work to do a good job. I can at least say that I am happy here!

Cons

Sometimes the expectations are intimidating and can be hard to meet on a daily basis.

Pros

Peers/co-workers, my team, my leadership, feeling valued and supported. I love the THNKs program, a fun quick way to make staff feel appreciated in a variety of ways.

Cons

PTO - I feel this is low and have had offers to potential employees rejected due to the PTO offering. This is low considering sick time is not separate nor are there any floating holidays. Also, would be nice to be able to use days prior to earning as long as you don't go over your yearly amount. If an individual leaves or is terminated before they are earned what PTO, they took the value would be owed back. A spring vacation needs to be rolled over from the prior year currently which makes it harder to take, being able to take the yearly amount as desired throughout the year is appreciated. Would love some nexus/propeer branded items in THNKs - just drives pride in the company.
