Pros

Work environment is easy going, a meal while working, great coworkers, making a difference, learning opportunities, direct interaction with clients, all clients medically stable

Cons

Occasionally seems a bit unorganized, there could be better communication between shifts and departments, paper charting/prescriptions , understaffed at times

Pros

Extremely meaningful work with clients, love every second of working and connecting with clients. I learned so much within my time in the agency.

Cons

Leadership within the organization is extremely disappointing and often reflects a clique-like, high school dynamic that creates an unprofessional work environment. Employees are frequently overworked and underpaid, with little recognition or support for the demands of the role. There is a noticeable lack of respect from leadership, with communication often coming across as dismissive or condescending. Support for staff is minimal, especially when employees are struggling, yet leadership is quick to point even minor mistakes. The organization experiences constant changes without clear or consistent communication, making it difficult for employees to stay informed and succeed in their roles. Expectations are often unclear, yet staff are held accountable for not being up to date. Concerns about leadership, particularly within admissions, have been raised multiple times by staff, but there appears to be little to no accountability or follow-through. This contributes to a culture where employees feel unheard and undervalued.
