Pros

The old management are friendly and attempt to assist when available, as well as all of the support and administrative staff. Relatively good work/life balance available.

Cons

New management has NO experience in the IT networking space, or in the Microsoft Dynamics space. The old management is working with what they have, but a majority of the team making decisions does not understand the market well enough to make informed decisions. Teamwork is NOT a word that is known widely throughout the company. Individuals work in silos, and are unresponsive to questions, or requests for collaborative work, but are more than willing to place blame on others for work. The pipeline for new work is slim to non-existent, and the people put into place for assistance with sales are not knowledgeable in the workplace.

Pros

I’ve been with NexusTek for about a year, and it’s been a very positive experience overall. The company has a collaborative and supportive culture where people genuinely want to help each other succeed. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and open to feedback, which makes a big difference in feeling valued and heard. NexusTek does a great job investing in its people—there are solid opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. The teams work well together, and there’s a strong sense of partnership across departments. I’ve appreciated the trust given to employees and the flexibility to manage work effectively while still delivering results. The company is also forward-thinking and continues to evolve, which makes the work interesting and impactful. It’s a great environment for professionals who want to build relationships, expand their skill set, and be part of a growing organization.

Cons

Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can shift, which may require flexibility and adaptability. However, leadership is open about changes and works to communicate clearly.
