Pros

The team members on every team are awesome. All team members are willing always willing to invest into each other.

Cons

Management is not there for you unless it directly affects a client they are working with, and even then, they are just there to breathe down your neck. Promises are made and never followed through with. You can bring the same thing to managements attention time and time again and always be told that they are looking into. Getting the appropriate tools to complete your job can take weeks, sometimes months. It might speed up if the customer were to start complaining. Best practices for our customers are more of a 'nice thought' than an actual practice. Time spent locating documentation can often taken longer than resolving the actual issue. Time to fully complete projects is never actually followed leaving other departments or team members to pick up the slack. Hiring outside of the company seems to always take place before internal promotions are handed out.

Pros

I’ve been with NexusTek for about a year, and it’s been a very positive experience overall. The company has a collaborative and supportive culture where people genuinely want to help each other succeed. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and open to feedback, which makes a big difference in feeling valued and heard. NexusTek does a great job investing in its people—there are solid opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. The teams work well together, and there’s a strong sense of partnership across departments. I’ve appreciated the trust given to employees and the flexibility to manage work effectively while still delivering results. The company is also forward-thinking and continues to evolve, which makes the work interesting and impactful. It’s a great environment for professionals who want to build relationships, expand their skill set, and be part of a growing organization.

Cons

Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can shift, which may require flexibility and adaptability. However, leadership is open about changes and works to communicate clearly.
