Pros

NexusTek's executive team went out of their way on multiple occasions to ensure that I was happy and healthy. NexusTek certainly paid me above the average base for a Sales Development position. Benefit structure is great for anyone looking for a career with a single company! Awesome 401k and insurance, as a young person, I did not take advantage of these... many would see the benefits package as extremely valuable. Management genuinely cares and will fight for you up to the point that they are actually capable of.

Cons

Corporate structure is very rigid, while a con to me... many might thrive in this environment! Commission/incentive plan was new and not reflective of the value the deals were worth, or the difficulty this market inherently has in terms of competition in Denver.

Pros

I’ve been with NexusTek for about a year, and it’s been a very positive experience overall. The company has a collaborative and supportive culture where people genuinely want to help each other succeed. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and open to feedback, which makes a big difference in feeling valued and heard. NexusTek does a great job investing in its people—there are solid opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. The teams work well together, and there’s a strong sense of partnership across departments. I’ve appreciated the trust given to employees and the flexibility to manage work effectively while still delivering results. The company is also forward-thinking and continues to evolve, which makes the work interesting and impactful. It’s a great environment for professionals who want to build relationships, expand their skill set, and be part of a growing organization.

Cons

Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can shift, which may require flexibility and adaptability. However, leadership is open about changes and works to communicate clearly.
