Pros

Peers were great. A lot of great people to work with regarding the systems engineers and technical people.

Cons

Don’t let these positive reviews fool you. They were probably asked by management to put in a “good word.” Heck... I was. Management only cares about their metrics. Engineers are over worked, under paid and don’t have the necessary tools and or documentation of the client’s infrastructure to do a good job. They’ve acquired so many companies and haven’t integrated them into the Nexustek system. The work is always reactive and never proactive. Putting out fires all day long isn’t a way to work. This is easily avoideable but they choose not t fix this. The executive team only cares about cashing out. Period.

Pros

I’ve been with NexusTek for about a year, and it’s been a very positive experience overall. The company has a collaborative and supportive culture where people genuinely want to help each other succeed. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and open to feedback, which makes a big difference in feeling valued and heard. NexusTek does a great job investing in its people—there are solid opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. The teams work well together, and there’s a strong sense of partnership across departments. I’ve appreciated the trust given to employees and the flexibility to manage work effectively while still delivering results. The company is also forward-thinking and continues to evolve, which makes the work interesting and impactful. It’s a great environment for professionals who want to build relationships, expand their skill set, and be part of a growing organization.

Cons

Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can shift, which may require flexibility and adaptability. However, leadership is open about changes and works to communicate clearly.
