Pros

CEO genuinely cares about employees as do the rest of the Executives. Our company was acquired by NexusTek and I've personally seen the CEO go above and beyond and show true concern about how changes affect employees and put in place actions and programs that reflect that dedication. The company put a lot of resources into quality benefits which shows their dedication. The CFO shares the same dedication and makes great efforts to balance what is best for employees and clients with financial profits. For the most part, people that work here are pleasant, professional and collaborative.

Cons

The work load is tough with all the initiatives and changes but have seen signs of that calming as the typical growing pains are managed. Senior Management however is very flexible when requesting PTO .

Pros

I’ve been with NexusTek for about a year, and it’s been a very positive experience overall. The company has a collaborative and supportive culture where people genuinely want to help each other succeed. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and open to feedback, which makes a big difference in feeling valued and heard. NexusTek does a great job investing in its people—there are solid opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. The teams work well together, and there’s a strong sense of partnership across departments. I’ve appreciated the trust given to employees and the flexibility to manage work effectively while still delivering results. The company is also forward-thinking and continues to evolve, which makes the work interesting and impactful. It’s a great environment for professionals who want to build relationships, expand their skill set, and be part of a growing organization.

Cons

Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can shift, which may require flexibility and adaptability. However, leadership is open about changes and works to communicate clearly.
