Pros

I've been with the company for a couple of years now seen a lot of good initiatives put in place by the executive leadership team. I do believe NexusTek is on track to be a hugely successful MSP for years to come. In addition, NexusTek has good benefits, opportunity for career development, and workplace flexibility.

Cons

Would love to see something more come out of our employee engagement program. Prior to COVID it seemed fragmented and on the decline. Would also like to see some green workplace initiatives put in place and employer sponsored volunteering. The constant stream of news programs playing on the kitchen televisions can bothersome.

Pros

I’ve been with NexusTek for about a year, and it’s been a very positive experience overall. The company has a collaborative and supportive culture where people genuinely want to help each other succeed. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and open to feedback, which makes a big difference in feeling valued and heard. NexusTek does a great job investing in its people—there are solid opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. The teams work well together, and there’s a strong sense of partnership across departments. I’ve appreciated the trust given to employees and the flexibility to manage work effectively while still delivering results. The company is also forward-thinking and continues to evolve, which makes the work interesting and impactful. It’s a great environment for professionals who want to build relationships, expand their skill set, and be part of a growing organization.

Cons

Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can shift, which may require flexibility and adaptability. However, leadership is open about changes and works to communicate clearly.
