Pros

-401k vested from day one -Some regional managers are good -Remote work -Some locations have field engineers -If you are new to sales you will receive good direct support and other opportunities to practice your sales skills. If you are not new, you may find this unnecessary. -Quote links instead of docusign

Cons

-They didn’t pay commission for deals I closed in my last month stating they had the choice to pay an employee for last month’s commission -Many of the best people are gone including executives that shaped the culture -Lots of changes on policies and paper process -Many clients left due to changes -Numerous weekly meetings -Excel sheets to make up for missing reporting tools -Client business size is on the smaller size Though they are trying to target more mid market, Nexustek’s offerings seem to be better for smaller businesses with few exceptions -It was apparent ELT was not all on the same page regarding many policies and offering changes based on content of sales org meetings -Numerous acquisitions in the past years

Pros

I’ve been with NexusTek for about a year, and it’s been a very positive experience overall. The company has a collaborative and supportive culture where people genuinely want to help each other succeed. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and open to feedback, which makes a big difference in feeling valued and heard. NexusTek does a great job investing in its people—there are solid opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. The teams work well together, and there’s a strong sense of partnership across departments. I’ve appreciated the trust given to employees and the flexibility to manage work effectively while still delivering results. The company is also forward-thinking and continues to evolve, which makes the work interesting and impactful. It’s a great environment for professionals who want to build relationships, expand their skill set, and be part of a growing organization.

Cons

Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can shift, which may require flexibility and adaptability. However, leadership is open about changes and works to communicate clearly.
