Pros
When I started at NexusTek, I had a recently come off a negative experience with another company. During the first few months I found myself viewing NexusTek through this negative lens. Once I rid myself of the head trash and took ownership for my own goals, actions and behaviors I realized that my attitude was what mattered. Since that time, my experience at NexusTek has been fantastic. As a company, NexusTek has continued to work hard to keep high quality benefits at a reasonable cost and have rewarded team members who show loyalty and dedication to the company mission. Bowling nights, monthly team dinners, challenging work environment and who could forget Friday breakfast treat day! You get out of NexusTek what you put into it. NexusTek understands that the company is made of people. Treating your people well is why NexusTek has grown from a tiny two person operation to 35 plus strong and has lasted as long as it has.
Cons
Nothing significant.....no place is perfect. If I had a list of rants I would probably be better served looking for another career opportunity. Are all of my ideas adopted? No they are not. I witness people treated with dignity and respect in our office everyday. That matters in the bigger picture. Wait...I forgot one thing. We have grown a great deal and our conference room is too small for our Monthly Tek Night meetings and we could use another conference room or two.
