Pros

A lot of opportunity here if you're willing to go for it. In service desk you're not necessarily tied down to one thing such as normal level 1 stuff. You can look at various things if you want to try and dig into it and be comfortable reaching out to appropriate teams for assistance and guidance.

Cons

The most annoying is the focus on billable time which is expected at an MSP. And I'm sure most manipulate their time in the system to keep up with it.

Pros

I’ve been with NexusTek for about a year, and it’s been a very positive experience overall. The company has a collaborative and supportive culture where people genuinely want to help each other succeed. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and open to feedback, which makes a big difference in feeling valued and heard. NexusTek does a great job investing in its people—there are solid opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. The teams work well together, and there’s a strong sense of partnership across departments. I’ve appreciated the trust given to employees and the flexibility to manage work effectively while still delivering results. The company is also forward-thinking and continues to evolve, which makes the work interesting and impactful. It’s a great environment for professionals who want to build relationships, expand their skill set, and be part of a growing organization.

Cons

Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can shift, which may require flexibility and adaptability. However, leadership is open about changes and works to communicate clearly.
