Pros

the company has a lot of fiscal resources and some amazing employees that are adamant about helping each other grow

Cons

management is so obsessed with numbers and money due to pressure from the people keeping the business afloat. the company has devolved into a gigantic M&A machine and has been sucking up company after company without any regard to standardizing processes or onboarding these companies. everyone is fending for themselves and behind the scenes everything is a nightmarish mess. this mess is driving out all of the talent that made these companies valuable in the first place and absolutely slaughters morale. while I don't think this is management's fault directly as they are at the beck and call of the investors, the company is not a place for anyone to plan to stay long term unless you're on the executive side, or just love being taken advantage of. Did I mention the pay is not competitive?

Pros

I’ve been with NexusTek for about a year, and it’s been a very positive experience overall. The company has a collaborative and supportive culture where people genuinely want to help each other succeed. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and open to feedback, which makes a big difference in feeling valued and heard. NexusTek does a great job investing in its people—there are solid opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. The teams work well together, and there’s a strong sense of partnership across departments. I’ve appreciated the trust given to employees and the flexibility to manage work effectively while still delivering results. The company is also forward-thinking and continues to evolve, which makes the work interesting and impactful. It’s a great environment for professionals who want to build relationships, expand their skill set, and be part of a growing organization.

Cons

Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can shift, which may require flexibility and adaptability. However, leadership is open about changes and works to communicate clearly.
