Pros
Used to be a great place to work until they decided to outsource several departments. The pay was good and the benefits were exceptional pre 2002 when the company was Columbia Gas. It was an employee organization which was big on interaction among employees to get the job done.
Cons
They demonstrated how shortsighted they can be when they outsourced several departments then recalled almost all of the departments 2 years later when they figured out how much money they were losing but got stuck with outsourcing of the IT department due to signing a 10 year contract with the outsourcing company.
