      Pros

      There are no pros to working at this college. It was the worst experience I ever had in my academic career.

      Cons

      Extremely low morale due to administration's refusal to settle contract for 8 years. Faculty voted no confidence, yet board renews president. Non tenured jobs last no longer than 2 years, sometimes only 1 year -- don't relocate to work here. Full-time faculty teaching load = 18 hrs/week, unbelievable! Very little remedial support for unprepared students. No respect for faculty's academic achievements. You are easily replaced.

      There are some people who work here to help students More time off than you can really use Fridays off in the summer

      Cons

      Toxic leadership Boarder line illegal practices HR department is ignorant when it comes to employment issues No real upward mobility Employees care more about themselves then the students they should be helping Severely underpaid compared to similar job descriptions in the local job market Staff is very “clicky” if you don’t fit into their groups your an outcast
