Pros

Regular route, as a CDL driver you can have a life. Decent pay and good equipment. (Some trailers needed some occasional maintenance) over all one of the better companies I've worked for.

Cons

Late hours if that bothers you. Hand touching freight. (Not really much to complain about).

Pros

Years ago my services were no longer required by the company. They had decided to move in a different direction. Instead of being like most companies that walk you out the door. They gave me plenty of time to find a job while i was still employeed. They really do treat their employees like family. I'm very grateful of my time being part of their family.

Cons

Can't think of anything negative other than me leaving.

Pros

None to list at the moment

Cons

They hired me in the middle of a huge company transition, follow ups were always positive. All of the sudden I’m told I am terminated. Completely out of the blue, no warnings or corrective action. They were upset I didn’t learn 5 systems in the time everyone else had to learn 2 because they were familiar with the old systems. They fired my direct supervisor so I had no one to report to or ask advice from for half the time I was working, the times I was reporting were always positive. They lack empathy for their employees, they don’t work with people with disabilities. They give no warnings and then the termination letter given has a bunch of stuff that they say they happened to let the employee know the termination is coming but never actually did to let the employee know they are in trouble. Horrible, horrible company to work for
