Reviews for raises never i mean NEVER happen on time. 90 day review for $1500 sign on bonus sometimes takes months past and you have to beg to get them to do it, and when you ask they get mad at you for asking. Maintenance foremen and superintendent are extremely rude and yell constantly at you when you can’t do something that they never had you trained to do and constantly find reasons to belittle you, besides they have unrealistic down time goals and if a job takes 30 min you better get it done in 5 or result to getting yelled at. Just in all a super toxic and dirty work environment that would rather cater to the few hundred illegals that work here on fake visas than take care of their maintenance crew, I can’t stress enough how much maintenance is hated by the piers. Also very expensive and bad healthcare and benefits. If you don’t want to develop anger issues and addiction to alcohol than stay far away.
