      Company uses and abuses the workers labor grades are widely off it’s very much a “good ole boys club” Human Resources protects workers they shouldn’t never mind having relationships with floor workers

      Sometimes it can be hard to find the right person to help with an issue. There are a lot of departments and the communication between departments could be better.
