      Overall work culture is nice, promote good work life balance. Lots of bank holidays provided.

      Cons

      Some BU (I won't name it) can be very harsh environment. Be careful in choosing what division you work for.

      Sometimes it can be hard to find the right person to help with an issue. There are a lot of departments and the communication between departments could be better.
