Cons
The opportunities within the company depend on the country and the size of the department but in Austria you can reach the ceiling within some years. Right now the management tries to cut costs in any possible way and it might influence your work and relationship to clients. Some clients have, with the fast-changing management, a worse image of the company and might find it unstable, also with a high fluctuation among staff. Compensation is not satisfying compared to the performance and responsibilities they ask.
