Big global company, leadership in certain domains like retail and media. Good managers, ample growth opportunities. Office culture is good, lot of initiatives to keep people engaged. very lively environment.
Cons
If you are in the hi po list, then all things are possible, if not then there can be lot of hurdles. With over arching focus on revenue growth, quality of research suffers. Hard to get a good job internally if you are not at the top of ladder
