Large organization with a matrix of hurdles to jump over to serve the clients (we are our biggest impediment) Loose matrix structure can lead to a lack of support, forcing senior executives to succeed based upon their own personality rather than organizational strength Low pay for long-term employees, who are loyal and don't know any better
