* Decent overall work culture depending on the department and team you work with.
* The 4-day work week is a nice benefit and allows for a better work-life balance.
* Retirement benefits are one of the stronger aspects of the company.
Cons
I would not recommend this company to younger employees looking for career growth. Promotions and advancement opportunities are very limited, regardless of experience or work ethic. Despite claiming to follow “lean manufacturing,” the company wastes employee talent by keeping people stuck in the same roles.
Micromanagement is also a major issue, with team leads constantly hovering over employees instead of trusting them to do their jobs. For hourly workers, even emergencies outside of your control can result in scheduled PTO being used, which feels unfair and unsupportive.
