Pros

Some positions have flex time, work from home or 4 day work week. 401k with 5% matching HSA option There is something for everyone. Communication is key and after some growing pains, The current atmosphere in the company is mostly positive, Every position has its hard days! Decent amount of paid holidays! Great CEO, who is present in the building and makes his rounds in the production warehouse! Visibility is a great thing!

Cons

Pay could be better, and accumulation of some PTO could help in emergency and special circumstances. Not a lot of room for career growth Health insurance isn't the best and has a monthly cost for spouses and family and a somewhat high deductible. 401k with 5% matching HSA option

Pros

* Decent overall work culture depending on the department and team you work with. * The 4-day work week is a nice benefit and allows for a better work-life balance. * Retirement benefits are one of the stronger aspects of the company.

Cons

I would not recommend this company to younger employees looking for career growth. Promotions and advancement opportunities are very limited, regardless of experience or work ethic. Despite claiming to follow “lean manufacturing,” the company wastes employee talent by keeping people stuck in the same roles. Micromanagement is also a major issue, with team leads constantly hovering over employees instead of trusting them to do their jobs. For hourly workers, even emergencies outside of your control can result in scheduled PTO being used, which feels unfair and unsupportive.
