Cocky owner who micro manages. Bad fitting uniforms and a work environment where they want you to tell on your peers. Big turn over.

fairly simple tasks, good co-workers, decent pay, can be a good stepping stone but not really a career, no mandatory overtime.

Cons

management is no very understanding to personal emergencies. no pto, benefits are expensive and not very good, the appearance standards are way too high for the type of work you're doing.
