The only thing that can happen good to you is if you are working on something initiated by founder Mr L C Singh Who is a pioneer in IT Industry . There Was a time when the appraisal was USP of the company, but GONE ARE THOSE DAYS. The next thing that they will tell you is on-site where you won't be able to save even 70 K that's y u will see employees fighting over a slice of bread and stealing milk from client office(sad but true). If you are willing to travel they will not give you opportunity and if you have concerns traveling they will force you else fire you. JOIN ONLY IF YOU ARE A MANUAL TESTER OR MEDIOCRE .NET programmer else don't ruin ur career .
Cons
List is endless. 1-They only have two major clients ,as soon as RFP comes they start hiring and most of the time they loose the project and starts firing. 2-You will be forced to apply for South African VISA Long term(5 years) and then they will charge you for the same in case you separate from the company and ur Visa is still valid . 3-They will make you work on different things just for billing even if it doesn't align with your skill set,runing your profile over the period of time and once your competency is below the market they will start giving you bad appraisals. 4-HR policies are for company benefit only,HR main job is to frighten people and make them file CWP and travel for peanuts.Most Hr are Ex Army men but still do not have any respect for employees.Even I heard HR Abusing each other behind his back. 5-Not enough parking ,Small cafeteria arrogant attitude of higher management. 6-They can go down to any level, I heard a case where they ask for the passport to cancel VISA after employee resigned and then later refuse to return the passport.Even they write negative comments in release letter. 7-For everything you will be asked to sign the bond and they will later change the clause as you will not have any copy of it you can't do anything. 8-No matter how much you have served the company, whatever you sacrificed for the company,as soon as you will say no to any work assigned to you even it doesn't match you profile, you will be shown exit door.
