1.Salary is 25th of every month 2. Variable pay out 100% even if resource is on bench 3. Excellent Leave policy (12 Sick Leave + 12 PL+ 1.75 EL per month + 2 Optional Holiday ) is excellent 4. Excellent Work life balance .you will see very less resource after 6 clock.For Woman Employee they have to take permission from senior Manager after 7.30 PM 5.Employee get onsite opportunities very quickly . 6.Getting Opportunities to interact with customer 7.Learning new technologies and work life balance depends on project . But most of project are good . 8.Canteen is small but product in canteen are with good quality with reasonable price 9. At least every employee will get minimum 10 % hike ,Max hike(30%) is depends on u r performance .Max hike and normal Hike is above to Industry standard. 10. Training department is very highly proactive. Arrange training with new technologies like Angular etc is very good .talented trainer hire from industry and In house. 11. Most of employees experience to onsite is very good in terms of work pressure,pay 12. good insurance policy with very cooperative nihilent staff in tough time .they receive call at any time for insurance support 13. Leave In Casement policy on your basic pay 14. Work from policy is available but need to take approval from Manager.
Cons
1.Parking facility is not good.if you come office time you will get Nihilent parking other wise u have to park vehical out side of wiki-field IT park . If u park u r vehical after 10 to 12 vehicle in row so RTO will not able to pick . Dont worry normally RTO rarely pick vehicle. 2.Resource management team forces to employee for offshore (SA) if only if they do not offshore project. 3.Some of employee in finance team are not proactive .they behave like government servant. They take disadvantage of Nihilent being a good comapany . 4. Nihilent deduct 25000 of SA Visa + 6000 Visa for SAQA after leaving organization . 5. Apprisal are benefit are available from March but credited in June or July (Depends on overall appraisal process time of all nihilent all departments ) salary with arrears.
