CEO prevents this place from being at least average - Anonymous employee Nine9 Employee Review

Hello and thanks for taking the time to review Nine9. As you'll see across pretty much any review site right now, myself and everyone here at Nine9 is working hard to address all concerns from our perspective talent and clientele. I work in reputation management and customer service for the company now so your feedback was certainly well-founded. We did need a plan of action to address the many reviews online and I am personally very happy to be a part of that. As you did work here back in 2017, we're happy to say that this year has brought about many changes within the company and our management team's coordination. Every week we're sitting down to meet as a team (in-office employees outside of management included) and figure out what issues our company is facing and how we can overcome them. As a result of all of this, Nine9 is continually growing. We hired a number of new staff last week at the corporate office and we're happy to say that advancement opportunities will absolutely be available. Our CEO has undoubtedly read your review so I'm sure he has taken your advice to heart. I've had a number of meetings with Anthony and have come to know him as a passionate individual who has entrusted me to address reviews coming across any platform.
