Hello and thanks for the review, We're certainly working to make sure all of our offices are inviting for our talent and employees. It's been quite some time since your review and we're happy to say that we've since worked to improve every office as much as possible. We can appreciate your feedback regarding the talent that we sign and we do feel that we're always looking for the best talent possible but everyone does have to get their start somewhere. Nine9 is an excellent place for talent to grow. We've been working on improving the services that we offer aspiring talent which is a big reason we believe everyone should get their shot at developing their skills with us. It's always tough for us to lose an employee and know that we weren't on the best terms but we do hope that you've found a new career path that you love.
