We do offer a paid service, but to be clear we aren't charging anyone to attend castings. Many of the duties of our Talent Specialists are directly involved in the open call and enrollment process so the role is currently oriented to explain the cost and benefits of what we do to talent. Yes, this is a commission-based position and we are sorry to hear that you don't feel the compensation offered for your work was adequate. However, we should never, for any reason, encourage anyone to lie and do not condone this practice.
