You will work with smart people on the ground level who have a great understanding of how to make big things happen There is adequate internal advancement Pto is good
Cons
Upper management is oblivious to what they are doing to run the company into the ground, absolutely clueless in every way. You will work insane hours for no recognition, compensation that isn't competitive, and ultimately you will only achieve 10% of what you wanted to do and 5% of what the business leaders wanted. The CEO is self important, arrogant, and not someone you ever want to talk to, but he'll insert himself into places he shouldn't be regularly.
