Pros

Great culture, great people, free lunch, amazing breakrooms and snacks, Nitro cold brew on tap along with other coffee and tea options, free parking, an on-site fitness center, and most importantly—Unlimited PTO! The collaboration and energy here are unmatched, and everyone genuinely supports each other’s growth and success.

Cons

N/A – this is truly the best civilian company I've worked for since transitioning from the military in 2022. NinjaOne does culture right—they value their people and ideas. The leadership team is approachable, forward-thinking, and authentic. I’m proud to be part of a company that continues to make history every day.

Pros

Strong culture with talented people who genuinely care about customers and product quality. Remote-first environment provides flexibility, leadership is generally approachable, and employees have opportunities to influence products that directly impact customers. The company continues to grow and invest in engineering, creating opportunities for career development.

Cons

Rapid growth and frequent changes in business priorities can create challenges with planning and execution. Customer escalations and urgent initiatives sometimes disrupt roadmap commitments, leading to context switching and shifting expectations. As the organization scales, communication and alignment between teams can occasionally become difficult.

Pros

Great company culture, strong leadership, and incredible teammates. NinjaOne offers plenty of opportunities for professional growth while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment. I'm proud to be part of a company that values its employees and is committed to delivering exceptional results for customers.

Cons

The rapid growth and fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to shifting priorities and evolving processes. Employees need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity. That said, these challenges are typical of a high-growth company and also create opportunities for learning and career.
