Pros

A welcoming environment where employees are treated with nothing but respect and given a sense of belonging and purpose. Opinions are always welcomed and ideas do matter. A highly people-oriented culture that cultivates a sense of camaraderie and teamwork. Ninjas are never too busy to lend a helping hand, an extra setof eyes, or a listening ear. Provides exceptional work-life balance with a decent benefits package. Flexible time schedules, UNLIMITED PTO, and 401K. A rockstar management team, that knows what it means to manage without negative micromanagement.

Cons

No Cons come to mind at this time. Will update if any developments.

Pros

Strong culture with talented people who genuinely care about customers and product quality. Remote-first environment provides flexibility, leadership is generally approachable, and employees have opportunities to influence products that directly impact customers. The company continues to grow and invest in engineering, creating opportunities for career development.

Cons

Rapid growth and frequent changes in business priorities can create challenges with planning and execution. Customer escalations and urgent initiatives sometimes disrupt roadmap commitments, leading to context switching and shifting expectations. As the organization scales, communication and alignment between teams can occasionally become difficult.

Pros

Great company culture, strong leadership, and incredible teammates. NinjaOne offers plenty of opportunities for professional growth while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment. I'm proud to be part of a company that values its employees and is committed to delivering exceptional results for customers.

Cons

The rapid growth and fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to shifting priorities and evolving processes. Employees need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity. That said, these challenges are typical of a high-growth company and also create opportunities for learning and career.
