Pros

Good pay. They have a fairly diverse workforce. Good in office vibe.

Cons

HIGH TURNOVER RATE, for a reason. Lackluster training, a very toxic quota culture that's not good for mental health. They will congratulate you one day and as soon as your quota isn't being met rather than work with you on consistent growth they just boot you. Also they don't like black women here there are virtually none in the ATX office. They also will not allow you to look into other roles internally if you realize that maybe SDR isn't for you. TOXIC. they do dont truly care for their employees. You're just a number. No work life balance, specifically due to trying to meet quota.

Pros

Strong culture with talented people who genuinely care about customers and product quality. Remote-first environment provides flexibility, leadership is generally approachable, and employees have opportunities to influence products that directly impact customers. The company continues to grow and invest in engineering, creating opportunities for career development.

Cons

Rapid growth and frequent changes in business priorities can create challenges with planning and execution. Customer escalations and urgent initiatives sometimes disrupt roadmap commitments, leading to context switching and shifting expectations. As the organization scales, communication and alignment between teams can occasionally become difficult.

Pros

Great company culture, strong leadership, and incredible teammates. NinjaOne offers plenty of opportunities for professional growth while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment. I'm proud to be part of a company that values its employees and is committed to delivering exceptional results for customers.

Cons

The rapid growth and fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to shifting priorities and evolving processes. Employees need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity. That said, these challenges are typical of a high-growth company and also create opportunities for learning and career.
