Pros

At NinjaOne there is direct communication, opportunities for professional growth and a young and ambitious team. The accessibility to interact with managers and directors, I don't know if many companies at the level of NinjaOne offer this.

Cons

I don't know if it's really a cons, but when you come to NinjaOne you have to be very honest with yourself. It's a loyal project with a unique culture, and if you're thinking of staying there briefly while you look for another job, you'll hardly have time to absorb the enriching experience it offers.

Pros

Strong culture with talented people who genuinely care about customers and product quality. Remote-first environment provides flexibility, leadership is generally approachable, and employees have opportunities to influence products that directly impact customers. The company continues to grow and invest in engineering, creating opportunities for career development.

Cons

Rapid growth and frequent changes in business priorities can create challenges with planning and execution. Customer escalations and urgent initiatives sometimes disrupt roadmap commitments, leading to context switching and shifting expectations. As the organization scales, communication and alignment between teams can occasionally become difficult.

Pros

Great company culture, strong leadership, and incredible teammates. NinjaOne offers plenty of opportunities for professional growth while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment. I'm proud to be part of a company that values its employees and is committed to delivering exceptional results for customers.

Cons

The rapid growth and fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to shifting priorities and evolving processes. Employees need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity. That said, these challenges are typical of a high-growth company and also create opportunities for learning and career.
