When starting at Nixon,you are informed of the (Nixon Values) that every associate should obied by. Shortly after you learn that not all associates are required too do so. Upper management and anyone they see fit to be under them will treat you like dirt. You will be disrespected by these people. If you go to management or HR nothing is done about the situations. To put this more clearly there are repeat associates who mach, disrespect, belittle, or otherwise ignore your words or feelings. These individuals have been brought into light multiple times but nothing has been done to correct them. This leads to a stressful unfair work environment that leads many to flea the company. To this day I hear they still don't give fair raises for any position. Add the fact that you're required to submit a (2 second improvement) each month which wastes way too much company time. They think they're helping others but they're harming then.
