Pros
Nixon is a growing company looking to expand both up north and south along the east coast. So for someone who is young and willing to relocate there is lots of potential. They have one of the best medical linen services in the industry.
Cons
As with all companies Sales people talk to each other about their Regional Managers. Regional manager support for the Territory Managers varies dramatically. Some Regional Managers micro manage their team to a fault while others don't really manage their teams at all.
