Good benefits, ok salary, lots of bureaucratic nonsense - Project Manager NoVo Foundation Employee Review

Some coworkers were great, but most others were terrible. Some folks come to nonprofit work to do good things in the world, while others don't care about anything at all and are just miserable humans. The foundation is like a massive, cold, sociopathic monster that doesn't care about its employees; and a lot of the management staff embody these characteristics too.
