      Our CEO has a bold vision for the future and under her leadership,, Noblis has pushed even more aggressively into investments in innovation and culture during a very challenging year in government contracting. We’ve had a tough year with DOGE and the leadership team’s transparent and direct communication style is highly appreciated.

      Pros

      Everything. Management and co-workers were extraordinary. Work was rewarding. Had many opportunities to learn and lead our customer in technical directions.

      Cons

      As a subcontractor, there was a few weeks delay in getting paid, but that was resolved over time.
