      Pros

      Everything. Management and co-workers were extraordinary. Work was rewarding. Had many opportunities to learn and lead our customer in technical directions.

      Cons

      As a subcontractor, there was a few weeks delay in getting paid, but that was resolved over time.

      Are a bit more flexible with working remote some days (in cases of illness and whatnot) if possible

      Lower pay compared to average in field
