Pros
Good work-life balance, nice work environment, the people you work with are smart, educated and easy going. They also hardly ever ask you to work more than 40 yours. The actual work is rewarding and makes a real difference. I also like it that they company is very frugal in that they don't waste money on unnecessary events and parties and instead puts their profits back into the company.
Cons
A lot of senior people and they don't give younger folks a lot of opportunities to lead out. Also, from a programmers stand-point the work is not very challenging and there doesn't seem to be a clear career path for programmers.
