      Pros

      I love the people I work with. Noblis is big on both employee and client engagement. We know that a thriving company starts from the inside out. If employees are happy, they are effective, and effective employees means happy clients.

      Cons

      Like any government contractor, leadership tends to play it safe and be slow to take risks or accept new ideas. It happens, but I wish a little faster...
